Your room is ready for you starting at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. If you arrive early or want to explore Vienna after check-out, you’re welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

We highly recommend taking public transportation for a stress-free trip—after all, we’re centrally located just around the corner from Wien Mitte Station. For cars, we offer a limited number of spaces in the underground parking garage right across the street (advance reservations not possible). Pssst, insider tip: If you travel in an eco-friendly way, we’ll reward you with our public transit bonus and a generous discount on your stay!

Yes! We’ve reserved bike parking spots for your bike right in the garden next to the house. Just park your bike for free and enjoy a completely relaxed stay.

Of course! You can enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and restaurant. You’ll receive the login details easily at check-in at the front desk.

You can conveniently pay with cash, a debit card (Maestro), or a credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Our flexible cancellation policy depends on the rate you’ve chosen—you’ll find the exact details in your booking confirmation.

Plans change—we completely understand that. If you need to cancel your stay, please simply send us an email at booking@magdas.at. Since we can only accept cancellations in writing for organizational reasons, this is the required method for us. We’ll review your cancellation immediately based on the cancellation policy listed in your booking confirmation and send you confirmation as soon as possible.

Of course! At MAGDAS Lokal, a truly delicious breakfast awaits you daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, featuring a wide selection of vegan options and many fine organic delicacies. On the weekends, we let you sleep in: On Saturdays and Sundays, we go the extra mile and invite you to join us for our big weekend brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.! Non-hotel guests are welcome, too—everyone is welcome here.

From Tuesday through Saturday (except on holidays), we’ll treat you to our exquisite à la carte cuisine in the evenings! From Monday through Saturday, you can also take a seat at our cozy bar anytime and enjoy delicious drinks. You bet! We love variety—and you can really taste it. At MAGDAS Lokal, you’ll find a wide selection of truly delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes at any time of day, all clearly marked on the menu for you. From plant-based breakfasts to our varied lunch specials and exquisite à la carte cuisine in the evening: We have something for everyone’s taste, all without meat. Just take a seat and enjoy your meal!

We’ve got something for everyone here. On the menu and at breakfast, you’ll find plenty of vegetarian and vegan dishes, lactose-free milk, and plant-based beverages (oat, soy). If you’d like gluten-free pastries for breakfast, just let us know when you arrive, and we’ll bake them fresh for you.

Absolutely! During the day, MAGDAS offers cozy corners, fast, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of outlets for your remote office. Enjoy one of our fine organic coffees while you work in a relaxed atmosphere. For larger meetings or undisturbed team work, however, we recommend booking one of our seminar rooms in advance.

Of course! All four-legged friends are warmly welcome at the MAGDAS café. So feel free to bring your dog along—we’ll be happy to provide a fresh bowl of Viennese high-mountain spring water for your faithful companion.

With us, you’ll enjoy complete flexibility and barrier-free access. Our two specially equipped rooms, measuring 28 m² and 31 m² respectively, offer plenty of space for you to feel right at home.

The details at a glance:

• Step-free & spacious: Wide hallways (> 120 cm) and generous maneuvering areas (150 cm) make it easy to turn around in a wheelchair.
• Connecting door: One of the rooms can be directly connected to an adjacent room—ideal for your companion or caregiver.
• Accessible bathroom: Large bathroom with an emergency call button, a wheelchair-accessible shower (shower seat at 48 cm), and grab bars by the toilet and shower.
• Toilet Accessibility: We have one room with a right-side-accessible toilet and one with a left-side-accessible toilet.
• Convenient heights: Beds at a height of 46 cm, a wheelchair-accessible desk, and controls (heating, outlets, switches) and a coat rack that are accessible without steps.

A tactile guidance system for the visually impaired leads from the main entrance on Ungargasse directly to the front desk, which features a lowered area. At the front desk, you’re welcome to pick up a map in Braille.

All floors (including seminar rooms on the 6th floor and the accessible restroom in the basement) are accessible via our wheelchair-accessible elevator. The MAGDAS Lokal Vienna City is fully accessible without steps from both Ungargasse and Krummgasse.

There is a public accessible parking space on Krummgasse (directly behind the hotel). From there, a ramp provides barrier-free access to our terrace and the entrance.

Certified assistance dogs—including guide dogs, service dogs, and signal dogs—are always welcome. Please just let us know when you make your reservation so we can prepare the room perfectly for you and your faithful companion.
