MAGDAS Hotel Booking Terms

Cancellation Policy
Booked services can be canceled free of charge until 3:00 p.m. one day prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the first night will be charged.

Exception: If you book our so-called “nonref” (non-refundable) rate, as indicated in parentheses, it cannot be canceled or changed. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, 100% of the cost will be charged in any case. That is why this rate is cheaper than the standard daily rate.

Payment Terms
For a cancellable rate, payment is made on-site. Please provide us with your credit card details (number and expiration date) as a guarantee. For a non-cancellable rate (non-ref), the amount will be charged immediately after booking.

General Information
All reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by the hotel. The contracting parties agree to keep this agreement—and in particular the booking details and pricing—confidential from third parties. In cases of force majeure, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the contract. Claims for damages against the hotel are excluded in this case. The hotel is entitled to provide the actual accommodation services at a hotel of equivalent standard. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
