Stay connected: Your room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Right by the bed, you’ll find convenient USB ports so your devices can recharge overnight just like you. Your laptop fits comfortably on the small table.

A place to feel at ease and breathe deeply: This room offers a spacious feel with plenty of room to move around. The spacious, fully accessible bathroom is step-free and combines thoughtful functionality with our modern design concept. Here, comfort, independence, and privacy go hand in hand—for a stay that simply feels just right.

For a little treat in between, your own tea set is ready and waiting, complete with a kettle and a fine selection of organic teas. You can enjoy our Viennese high-mountain spring water fresh from the tap—best served in our upcycled glasses. In the open bathroom, you’ll find our certified organic cosmetics (sustainable all-in-one wash gel for skin and hair in the shower, as well as soap at the sink).

Take a deep breath: Our CO₂-neutral geothermal heating system uses natural energy to gently maintain your ideal comfort temperature—completely free of harmful emissions. The standard room temperature is preset to the optimal 22 °C for you. If you prefer it a little cooler or warmer, you can easily adjust the temperature individually by +/- 4 °C.

Safe & comfortable: You can lock your room using your modern room key card. A hair dryer is provided in your room. If you need a crib or extra pillows, just let us know—we’ll be happy to take care of it.

With us, you’ll enjoy complete flexibility and barrier-free access. Our two specially equipped rooms, measuring 28 m² and 31 m² respectively, offer plenty of space for you to feel right at home.

The details at a glance:

• Step-free & spacious: Wide hallways (> 120 cm) and generous maneuvering areas (150 cm) make it easy to turn around in a wheelchair.
• Connecting door: One of the rooms can be directly connected to an adjacent room—ideal for your companion or caregiver.
• Accessible bathroom: Large bathroom with an emergency call button, a wheelchair-accessible shower (shower seat at 48 cm), and grab bars by the toilet and shower.
• Toilet Accessibility: We have one room with a right-side-accessible toilet and one with a left-side-accessible toilet.
• Convenient heights: Beds at a height of 46 cm, a wheelchair-accessible desk, and controls (heating, outlets, switches) and a coat rack that are easily accessible without steps.

There is a public accessible parking space in the alley behind our hotel. The path from the accessible parking space on Krummgasse to the entrance door on our terrace is sloped.

The MAGDAS Hotel Vienna City is accessible by wheelchair from Ungargasse and Krummgasse.

• Access: Easily accessible via Ungargasse and Krummgasse.
• Main entrance: A paved path with a gentle ramp (less than 10% gradient).
• Automatic sliding door: Opens early, closes with a delay, and offers plenty of space with a width of over 90 cm and a 150 × 150 cm clear area in front of and behind the door.
• Tactile guidance system: Guides you directly from outside to the reception area without any steps.
• Accessible check-in: Our reception area features a lowered counter.
• Services for visually impaired guests: At the reception desk, you can request a map in Braille that will guide you to our specially equipped rooms.
• Elevator: Our wheelchair-accessible elevator takes you comfortably to the basement and the 6th floor.
• Accessible Restrooms & Seminar Rooms: Special restroom facilities are located in the basement and on the 6th floor. Our seminar rooms are also accessible without steps.

Our MAGDAS restaurant in the 3rd district is accessible without steps from both Krummgasse and Ungargasse. A tactile guidance system for the visually impaired marks the path from the main entrance at Ungargasse 38 to the reception desk. Our reception area features a lowered section. The accessible restroom in the basement can be reached via our wheelchair-accessible elevator.

At the MAGDAS Hotel in the 3rd District, assistance dogs—including guide dogs, service dogs, and signal dogs—are permitted. Please let us know when booking that you’ll be traveling with an assistance dog so we can take this into account when assigning your room.
