Our apartment in the 3rd district gives you the complete independence of your own home, combined with the warm hospitality of our welcoming team. Here, you can whip up a quick snack yourself—or treat yourself to freshly brewed coffee and homemade delicacies at our MAGDAS café. Enjoy the lively community in our building and just skip cooking if you feel like it. It’s entirely up to you!

Stay connected: Your apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Convenient USB ports let you charge your devices overnight. A small table provides flexible space for your laptop or a cup of tea.
Plenty of space to feel at home: The spacious shower and sink area features an open, modern design. The toilet is located in a separate room.
Make yourself comfortable: Your own tea set awaits you, complete with a kettle and a fine selection of organic teas. In addition to our certified organic cosmetics (all-in-one wash gel & shampoo), a hygiene kit is provided for you (cotton swabs, cotton pads, nail file, sewing kit, shaving kit, and shower cap).
Take a deep breath: Our CO₂-neutral geothermal heating system uses natural energy to gently maintain your ideal comfort temperature—completely free of harmful emissions. The standard room temperature is preset to the optimal 22 °C for you. If you prefer it a little cooler or warmer, you can easily adjust the temperature individually by +/- 4 °C.
Safe & flexible: You can easily access your room using your secure room key card. A hair dryer is provided in the room. If you need a crib or extra pillows, just let us know—we’ll be happy to take care of it.
